Refund and Returns Policy
Pre Owned Equipment sold through TV Lens Pro, inc. carries no warranties unless specifically worked out with us prior to the sale. The buyer has a 48-hour (2 business day) inspection period upon receipt of equipment. If you need more inspection time please let us know and we may be able to extend the inspection period. All equipment is sold on a prepaid basis.
We do our best to supply you with an accurate description of all our equipment. All our equipment is inspected and tested by our staff or one of our engineers to insure that it is as described and working when you receive it.
If there is a problem with equipment please contact us within the inspection period (so we can determine the next course of action). Once we are informed we can determine whether we can repair, replace or if a refund will best solve the situation.
