Pre-Owned Equipment Terms and Conditions

• All Prices Reflect a 3% Cash/Check discount and are quote FOB point of origin.
• Shipping, Freight, and Insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
• All items are subject to prior sale.  Call to confirm availability.
• Equipment comes with a 2 business day inspection period.  Any problems or discrepancies must be reported within this time frame.
• Buyer is responsible for product being suitable, compatible or applicable for his/her intended use or application.
• No warranty unless specifically noted.
• Any refunds or price adjustments will be at the discretion of the company.
• Items are sold free of liens, UCCs or encumbrances.
• California Residents subject to local sales tax.  Buyers in other states are responsible for all tax reporting.
• Our intention is to have accurate descriptions that represent the items offered.
